MAYBELLINE INSTANT ANTI-AGE THE ERASER EYE £7.99 www.superdrug.com it has been a long time coming, but it's finally reached UK shores, and I am super excited! One of the lovely ladies I follow on Twitter and IG, Nicola, tweeted a picture of this during the week and I scoured 3 Boots until finally finding it after work today. The only place I can find it online is Superdrug. The shades are more a limited range than the US, only light and nude for us Brits, but still, I am so pleased it's finally arrived!

APRIL FAVOURITES
Not many favourites to report this month folks. Having been poorly with a horrid cold for what seemed like most of the month, unless you'd like me to include Vicks Vapour Rub, we'll just have to stick with a minimal selection!
SEVENTEEN Falsifeye mascara has been my favourite mascara, it's replaced Benefit They're Real and it's a million times better (in my opinion)! It doesn't smudge, stays on all day, makes my lashes look full, long, voluminous yet natural. It's super cheap too. I won't lie either, I kind of like the obnoxious pink tube too! I would absolutely 100% repurchase this.
Another cheapy product I've been loving is the Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl liner. I only line my top waterline which suits my eye shape better and having a long wearing liner makes all the difference. This liner is soft, very black, easy to apply, blends nicely before 'setting' and lasting hours. Also another thing, it sharpens nicely too. Some liners the first time you sharpen them just break into prices but not this one.
Tresemme Platinum Strength shampoo, conditioner and treatment. The results from using these have only got better and better. My hair is shiny from root to tip, looks and feels extremely healthy, I've had much less breakage and no product build up. If you've not tried this range yet, don't waste another minute - you need this!

BIRCHBOX | APRIL

BIRCHBOX* www.birchbox.co.uk £10.00 + P&P I've always been a fan of monthly beauty boxes. You might not want to subscribe to them all the time, but if ever you're in the mood to try some new products, or are just in a bit of a rut beauty-wise, they're such a great idea. I've been collecting mini samples for my upcoming holiday in June so mini's are greatly received.
I do like a fancy soap so the La Société Parisienne De Savons soap was right up my street. I am very excited to try the Weleda Skin Food, which is apparently a favourite of Victoria Beckham! The Natio Renew Radiance Foam Cleanser is definitely something I'll be saving for my holiday as a cleanser was all that I was lacking in my mini skincare set.
I'm really pleased that Birchbox has come over to the UK shores, after seeing lots of US reviews, it was definitely a brand of beauty box that I wanted to try out.

SUNDAY NIGHT SANCTUARY
My Sunday night sanctuary (or any day of the week sanctuary!) consists of trying to put the fact that I'll have to be getting up for work in 12 hours, right to the very back of my mind, and instead partaking in some pampering in the comfort of my bathroom. I've taken to body brushing lately, well I say I've taken to it but really I just try and squeeze it in when I remember! There have been many a time where it's not until I'm in the bath or shower that I actually remember. If you can remember to body brush however, you will benefit from increased blood circulation, and improved skin tone and reduction in those pesky orange-peel areas and just in time for the bare leg season. While I'm body brushing I run a bath and chuck (oh how ladylike I am!) in a handful of Dead Sea Aromatherapy bath salts which smell so spa-like, and then sink straight into the water. The bath salts contain rose petals so I always feel very decadent lying back in the bath surrounded my gorgeously scented rose petals. Sometimes however I can't sit in the bath without bubbles, nobody likes being that exposed! So I slug in a generous amount of Spoil Me Naked Coco de Mer bath foam and all is well again. Once I have become suitably pruney after soaking in the bath for a while, I'll get out, snuggle into a soft warm white towel and smother myself with the Korres Jasmine body butter get my pyjamas on and retreat off to bed with a cup of tea and a magazine to read before settling down for the night, all softly and scented. Mmmmmm.

NEW IN : TRESEMME PLATINUM STRENGTH
TRESEMME PLATINUM STRENGTH SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER AND DEEP CONDITIONING TREATMENT ww.boots.co.uk £1.49-£5.79 when I first heard about this range from Lucy I knew that I had to get my hands on it. It has pretty big claims for a drugstore hair care brand, one of which (and the main selling point) is that it visibly reverses up to 2 years of damage. Now who wouldn't want that?
It also helps to strengthen hair, reinforces hairs own barrier and protects against any future damage. The range itself consists of a shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioning treatment, leave-in treatment and concentrated rinse-off treatment (which I am yet to find to try!).
After the first use my hair felt dramatically healthier. It had been breaking a lot in the past week, so much so that a hair cut had been penciled in the diary. But after using this I could feel such a difference, more so than when I use my expensive hair care which really amazed me. I will keep you posted on how I progress with this range. It does state that you should really start to see a remarked improvement within 5 washes, so I'll keep going and report back.

NEW IN : NAILS
BARRY M GELLY HI-SHINE NAIL PAINT IN BLUEBERRY www.boots.co.uk £3.99 one of Barry M's newest releases, the Gelly Hi-Shine range boasts a super glossy finish to mimic that of a gel manicure. I am being braver with colour because this shade is not something I'd usually wear, but for £3.99 I thought what the heck!
BARRY M GLITTER NAIL PAINT IN YELLOW TOPAZ GLITTER www.boots.co.uk £2.99 I had purposely gone in to Boots looking for the Barry M glitters. One of my friends the lovely Samantha Instagramed a photo of this with the Essie polish and it looked so pretty I just had to get both polishes to try.

ESSIE NAIL POLISH IN NOT JUST A PRETTY FACE www.boots.co.uk £7.99 this was the Essie colour I was after to go with the glitter and was the last bottle, which obviously meant that it was meant to be. Female logic for you there!
I also bought some new hair care bits including some products from the new TRESemme Platinum range. I'll post about these soon, but first impressions on the shampoo and treatment are that they're better than my expensive hair products. I am very pleased!
Have you tried any of the new Barry M Gelly polishes? What did you think?
